  1. Dumb Dumb Dumb.

    (1) Dumb for what they did and they need to be properly punished!
    (2) Dumb that they are being punished as ADULTS!
    (3) Dumb adults that feel they should be punished as ADULTS!

Children in jail with adults is very bad.

    1. They are old enough to know that you don't shove a broom handle into someone's orifices. This was not a spur of the moment thought I will promise you it was thought out, preplanned which should add the charges of conspiracy. What you are trying to say is at your age of 15 you did not know it was wrong to take a broom handle and forcefully push it into someone's anus? You then are an idiot if that be the case!!

    2. Are you insane?? They should be absulutely charged as adults and need to be held accountable. You mean to tell me you are fine with them getting basically nothing if charges as juveniles? People like you are the problem with society! All these keeds are good and do wonderful things and have no prior infractions and deserve a slap if anything. How about the kids that got the wrong end of the broomstick?? The don’t have say?? According to you they must be responsible too.

  2. And if I were the victims parents, I would file a civil suit against them also. These little bastards just made a life altering bad choice for themselves and their parents. Charge them as adults and no plea bargain.

  3. Evil is alive and well. So sad to see people do anything like this. 'Where sin abounds, Grace much more abounds.'

  4. 10:16 Their actions were criminal. The victim/s suffered from the assault. The kind of assault they received could have easily been life threatening. Charging them as adults is appropriate.

Remember these kids have been on the receiving end of at least a decade of instruction about keeping your hands to yourself, not going with the flow, tell someone, etc. Instead they attacked their teammates.

  5. An eye for an eye, I say. It’s only fair they get to experience the same treatment.
