Parents of Teen Boy Falsely Accused of Sexual Assault Sue Five ‘Mean Girl’ Accusers

The parents of a teenager falsely accused of sexual assault are suing the five “mean girls” who later admitted to lying about the boy’s alleged attack.

Affirming that all “victims” of sexual assault are not necessarily telling the truth, a group of girls at Seneca Valley High School in Germantown, Pennsylvania, accused a boy of sexually assaulting one of them but then admitted to lying about the story.

The girls later retracted their accusations, but not before the boy suffered a list of repercussions resulting from the accusation, WPXI News reported.

  7. My son has been incarcerated for over six years because of a false statement by a female. In Wicomico County, a man must prove himself innocent; in my son's case, there was not even an investigation. The word of a female is considered truthful, no matter what. As the mother of a son and a retired teacher who fought for young men, I am embarrassed to be a female in this absurd new reality.More mothers of sons need to support their young men. Mothers of daughters need to teach them the value of telling the truth.

  8. Anyone who falsely accuses someone of a crime should face the same penalty which they tried to pin on the innocent.
