  6. Sounds to me that the Wicomico County Department of Corrections failed in watching this inmate. Sounds like the DOJ needs to investigate the multiple deaths that have occurred over the years at that place.

What's your point? The finger pointing should be at the corrections officers and the warden for letting this happen.

Anyone under their watch is their responsibility to make sure nothing happens to them.

  8. And we care why? If he had kept his nose clean, he would still be alive. Brought it on himself.

  9. 5:33 I take it you know how he died if not you are a total dumb ass. The laws are the law of the land. He was in jail paying for what he did. One does not lose their human status because they have broken a law. Sure it would be ideal if he never violated the law but at the end of the day none of those charges equated a death penalty. The system is broken America has more people in jail than any country on earth. I do not have the answers but it sure looks broken to me. As for WCDC they offer little to no rehabilitation the recidivism rate is off the charts. One should pay for their crimes but it is a billion dollar business keeping people in jail. That is why some many private jails opened in America. Private jails are pretty much exclusive to America. So next time you throw away a human being remember he is someone's child. I really hope that one day you have children then maybe you will get it. There is no worse pain than losing a child regardless of what he or she have done.
