A Viewer Writes: Are they promoting a business (not a local one) or are they costing the tax payers money? Who is paying?
Today is Coffee With a Cop Day! Join us from 9 to 11 at the new Starbucks on S. Salisbury Blvd. for a relaxed and informal chat with the members of the Salisbury Police Department!
Why not pay a friendly visit and ask them? Did not see this "cop hater" comment yesterday when Delmar Police Dept press released their Coffee with a cop day.
9:10, Their not building a rapport with the citizens. Their building a rapport with the wealthy white folks. The wealthy white folks are not the ones they need to build a rapport with.
7:18 Delmar is holding the event at their department. They are not promoting another business that refused to serve the police. Since it is at their department they will be providing the coffee. Starbucks is expensive so the tax payers should know who will be footing the bill for this.
It would cost me a days wages to go to Starbucks. Their coffee is way over priced and taste like, probably, hot piss. Despise their coffee. Tried it and had to dump it.
I can have 5 rofo coffees for the cost of one Starbucks coffee.
ReplyDeleteDid a local coffee shop make an offer to host it?

ReplyDeleteRofo coffee is garbage. Worried about who this is costing. This is about establishing rapport between police and the citizens of the community
