John McCain requested that former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush deliver eulogies at his funeral, according to CBS News. McCain died at home on Saturday of an aggressive form of brain cancer at the age of 81, after his family announced on Friday that the Senator had chosen to discontinue medical treatment.
McCain will lie in state at the Capital Rotunda and receive a full dress funeral service at the Washington National Cathedral, and will also lie in state at the Arizona Capital, according to the New York Times. He will be buried in Annapolis, Md. according to a Republican official involved in the planning.

Amazing Dems and CNN are doing back to back coverage of McCain ? Their great RINO back channel two faced buddy.
ReplyDeleteWho cares!!!
ReplyDelete"Since he opposed Trump and delivered the salacious and unverified dossier to Washington, he is now a real American hero!"
ReplyDelete-Exclaimed democrats and the main-stream media everywhere.
Want to know what's wrong with our government? It's Senators like McCain that refuse to give up power, even when they are terminally ill. Power has to be pried from their cold, dead hands. McCain was the poster child for term limits.

ReplyDeleteMcCain link to non profit took 1 million from Saudi govt to stop 9/11 Families from suing them
McCain's general father covered up his hot shot incident on his aircraft carrier that got 174 saliors killed bc he dry started his jet don't let the media tell you it was a bomb release electronic fault as there were numerous back up safety systems didn't fail all at once he also crashed 2 other jets he was a spoiled daddy's boy who litlary got away with murder.
ReplyDeleteThat may be true, but unless you were in Vietnam or another combat zone, you really don't get to criticize the man. I've never been a fan of him, but his years as a POW earned him respect. More than I can say for all the draft-dodging politicians.
DeleteYup.
DeleteRESPECT ? He had 174 men killed are you NUTS
DeleteIt'll be interesting to see how many of the eulogies take a shot at the President.
ReplyDeleteI think you’ll find that people on that side of the isle have a little more class than your trailer trash president.
DeleteMoney doesn’t buy cool and it sure as heck doesn’t buy class!!
As you so aptly demonstrated, 6:22.
DeleteJohn McMain is an American hero. He served with honor and distinction in the Navy of the United States of America. Those who speak ill of him did not know the man as some of us did. Political criticism is understandable, he was a politician. However, let us speak the truth about his service to the country we all love.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteI have a bit of sympathy for him on 3 accounts:
Father and Grandfather were both prominent admirals so he might not have had much choice about attending Naval Academy where he was middling student.
Being a POW is hard, especially under NV commies and with admiral dad.
Brain tumor is a tough way to go.
In the rest of his life he was devoted to John McCain.
106 year old Roberta McCain, widow of The late Admiral John S. McCain and mother of Senator McCain is proud of the Senator’s legacy and his service in the Navy. She is scheduled to be present at the burial service in Washington National Cathedral. Perhaps we all should watch the service to learn something about Senator McCain.
ReplyDeleteUmmm...No
DeleteWhat a waste of money. First Capitol Rudunda that the Cathedral in DC and then Arizona the same and then buried in Annapolis MD. Talk about not giving up power. Just bury the jerk already. Ike to know the exact amount for all this. Won't be watching a y of this.
ReplyDeleteBuild Wall around his grave so he can't get out.
ReplyDeleteDid John McCain Cause a Fire Aboard the USS Forrestal that Killed 134 People?
ReplyDeleteA fabricated story blames the fluke 1967 aircraft carrier fire on the negligence of then-Navy bomber pilot and future United States Senator John McCain.

Trump is a draft dodging crooked excuse for a president. John Mccain is a war hero. Trump js not fit to shine his shoes. Always remember trump said “I like people who weren’t captured”. I have had too many friends die on battlefields to have him disrespect our pow’s like that.
ReplyDeleteWhen trump made that statement he disrespected every POW on the planet. Like you said. Draft dodger.
DeleteDisgraceful.
MCCAIN killed more sailors than the Vietcong. Draft dodger?? Prove it. Not everyone had a daddy for an admiral. If he didn't. He NEVER would have been a POS. His sorry ASS would have been in Leavenworth!!!
DeleteWhere did Obastard serve ?
Delete5:07 on what basis do you claim McCain to be a war hero. He was a POW like hundreds of others (and I respect them all for their service and the tribulations they went through) but just being a POW does not make one a hero. By many accounts he caused more damage to the Navy then he inflicted on the enemy. He was just another person(Kerry,Bush,et.al.) that parlayed a name and service during a war into a political career sucking off of the government teat.
ReplyDeleteI don't recall him doing anything heroic like running into a burning building to save a child, standing up to the enemy during a battle while his squad safely retreats, single-handedly capturing a squad, platoon,or company of enemy soldiers, or opening a soup kitchen/homeless shelter with his own money to serve starving people. Those are heroic actions.
McCain disrespected the position of President of the United States by requesting President Trump not to attend his Memorial service. This tells me he was not a uniter that people claim. He also kept in touch with Schumer on Bills and not his Republican Party. Great uniter by dividing his party affiliation and united with the Democrats. I will never respect McCain the Traitor. Yes I am from the Viet Nam Era / draft era.
ReplyDeleteYou are right on 7:05. Thank you for saying what I was thinking.
DeleteJohn McCain has always and will always be an ASS. Time is a funny thing. All your skeletons come out if you live long enough. So he's got a Muslim and a swamp creature giving him his final farewell to HELL. FITTING!!
ReplyDeleteLet the trash talk go on as programmed. In the end, an honorable true American hero will take his place among other heroes who have given faithful service to a greatful nation.
ReplyDeletemccain was a true pos, killed how many fellow service members with his hot dogging? got by cause daddy was an admiral, divorced and left his family for a rich woman. remember the keating 5 of which he was one. gave us obama, worked against america.
ReplyDeletemore of a zero then hero! songbird was true moniker for him. welcome to hell johnny boy!

There are plenty of mothers with sons in prison who say their child was the best boy ever and never caused any problems.
I guess because she over a hundred and was the wife of an admiral and mother too a spoon fed punk. We all will learn something?? I guess you'll want us to listen to ODRAMA and GROUPING JOE to learn something as well?? But to learn about hero's. Wrong venue. Obviously.
ReplyDeleteHEY people
ReplyDeleteMcCain arms were broken from his Ejection seat NOT TORTURE.
Exactly right 4:54. He couldn't even eject correctly. Hero?? NOT!!
DeleteScum bag had to get one last cut at the President, even in death. His funeral will be used as a platform to attack the President. Wait and see. Democrats are playing his death to the hilt.
