Dog Found 9-1-18: UPDATE

Hi Joe,

I just found this sweet dog running along Cherrywalk Rd. in Hebron. She seemed to be in a panic because of the storm we just had. She's wearing a collar but no tags. Hope we can find her owner soon.

    Could it be the dog is panicking because it was picked up by a stranger while on its way home?? Lol
