NY Gov does 180 on ‘America Never Great’ comment
That was quick! New York Governor Andrew Cuomo retracted his controversial statementmade Wednesday where he said, “We’re not going to make America great again. It was never that great.”
“The expression I used the other day was inartful, so I want to be very clear: Of course America is great, and of course America has always been great — no one questions that,” Cuomo now says.
The NY Governor’s spokeswoman also issued a retraction, assuring, “The Governor believes America is great and that her full greatness will be fully realized when every man, woman, and child has full equality. America has not yet reached its maximum potential.”
Before Cuomo’s reversal, President Trump went to Twitter to bash the “really dumb statement.”

ReplyDeleteHe said it. The words came out and fell on the floor. Now they are Blowin' in the Wind.
ReplyDeleteHe paid some woman to try to unsay them, but that plan didn't work. He didn't have the spine to do it himself, and that just makes that wind blow farther!
