Poll: Biden leads Trump by seven points in hypothetical 2020 matchup

Former Vice President Joe Biden would crush President Donald Trump by seven percentage points if the 2020 elections were held today, new public opinion numbers indicate.

Trump's re-election test is still 27 months away, but pollsters are already busily padding their regular surveys with hypothetical matchups.

Forty-four per cent of registered voters said they would choose Biden if he were the Democratic nominee, compared with 37 per cent who would send Trump back to Washington for four more years.

About 80 per cent of Democrats sided with Biden, and 78 per cent of Republicanswith Trump. But Democratic voters outnumber GOPers in the U.S. population by a 30-26 margin, according to Gallup.

Biden would be 77 years old if he were elected president. Trump will be 74 if he wins a second term.

  2. They said the same thing about the Trump/Clinton election and Trump pounded her sorry, lying, crooked, rapist serial sexual harasser enabling, rank arse into the ground.
And the same would happen with perverted, lying, gross, never accomplished anything positive in his useless, old fart biden. The loser old man and that whack job freak he's married to need to check themselves into an old age home.

  5. Let's see, we had polls like this when Hillary Clinton was running and guess who won? I trust the the establishment polls, like I trust Dan Satterfield with the weather forecasting, which is not at all!

  8. Does anyone really trust any polls anymore, after seeing how wrong they were in the last POTUS election and BREXIT?
Seriously? It seems that the polls are written to get an expected/hopeful response in order to influence the outcome.
It's like when your wife asks if 'these jeans make my butt look big'. She's looking for a specific response, even if you lie like a dog.

Please don't do that to me again. I laughed so hard, I've got a pain or cramp in my right side. Now I can't get the grin off my face. Man, that is some good material right there. Lol

  16. Polls are off too because people can never be too cautious around the very violent democrat party. If they get a feeling the other person on the line is a biden person they very well may just say biden. democrats are not above hunting down and stalking and assaulting or killing someone just because of words. democrats are all inherently violent homicidal maniacs. Some hide it good but it can rear it's head at any moment for any little things so none are to ever be trusted about anything.
