    Mine was great around children and adults,but awful around other animals.

    Petey was a mongrel, not a Pit Bull. That's what made him a lovable pet.

    The breed has had its problems but I fully believe if raised by the right family they are just like any pet, add food, water and love and they will be man's best friend.

    Some are bred to have mean . They kill the gentle
    ones from the litters, or use them for bait to train the
    aggressive dogs, They keep the ones that show aggression
    and breed with another of same temperments.
    It's a horrible live for these dogs used for fighting.
    Peiple should be ashamed to not be more aware of and not
    promoting stronger Laws for animal protection.
