Teen Facing Charges For Seaford Family Dollar Fire

SEAFORD, Del. -- The State Fire Marshal in Delaware said a Seaford teen was arrested for Monday night's fire at the Family Dollar store. 
The 16-year-old suspect was arrested Wednesday. He faces one count of felony arson and reckless endangerment charges for the fire that left behind $3 billion in damages
He was released to his parents on a $14,000 unsecured bond. 
The State Fire Marshal said other charges could be pending following that arson.

  9. The damaged product certainly would amount to that alone, but the damages to the building certainly could. It might be an old building but to rebuild it to current codes will put the mark on the spot.
