Laurel- Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of a crash involving multiple vehicles and gallons of tar spilled on Hardscrabble Road. Hardscrabble road between Tyndall Road and E. Trap Pond Road will be shut down for an extended period of time.
Motorists can expect delays in the surrounding area and are asked to seek alternate routes of travel.
