The Judge In The Bundy Trial Just Spiked Prosecutors

A federal judge rejected prosecutors’ request Tuesday to reconsider her dismissal of the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and friend Ryan Payne.

U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro dismissed conspiracy charges against the four men on Jan. 8 after finding that prosecutors had acted “with prejudice” throughout the trial, The Oregonian reported. Federal prosecutors violated federal law and failed to share evidence favorable to the defendants case with the court.

“The Court’s finding of outrageous government conduct was not in error,” Navarro wrote in her 11-page ruling, obtained by The Oregonian. “On the contrary, a universal sense of justice was violated by the Government’s failure to provide evidence that is potentially exculpatory.”

The prosecutors’ request did not make any new arguments or bring forth any evidence that Navarro had not already considered in her decision to dismiss the case.

  1. That is becasue the govt, and the court system, judges, and DA including and cops don't give a shit about right or wrong, just doing their job and getting paid, and following orders, oh like the Nazis did, and tried to use as their defense in the trials where most were ordered to death for their parts...

What is funny about all of this is, how the govt, I.E the cops or DA's never get jail time or have anything happen to them for doing things like this, all this does is prove that the person on trial was innocent and they let him go... Even though the Judge states it violated law...

Luckily here, there was a good level headed judge who at the time does not seem to be corrupt, but just wait, soon enough you won't have good judges like this, and could see jail time becasue of it...

But go ahead and keep thinking you are free, go ahead and keep thinking judges, and DA's and cops are here to help protect you and serve you!!!! Go ahead ans suck on their ass cheeks all the way to the toilet...

  2. 1:31, Thanks, great post.

Q: Why are there so few honest judges?
A: Because you can't bribe or manipulate a honest judge.
