Breaking News: 12 boys and their soccer coach trapped in a cave in Thailand for 9 days were found alive, an official said. Their condition was not known.

The cave complex is flooded, and rescue workers are trying to care for the boys and get them in a condition where they can be moved for medical care, the governor said.
