    1. According to Maryland Policy "The Criminal Investigative Bureau (CIB) of the MSP is charged with investigation of violent crime, criminal and drug violations across the State and provides the investigative functions for the Department, in partnership with allied law enforcement agencies. The CIB includes the Criminal Enforcement Division (CED), and Forensic Sciences Division (FSD) and Licensing Division (LD)."

In other words agencies within the MSP are especially trained and equipped for the purpose of investigating violent crimes throughout the state of Maryland (not just in Wicomico Couty).

  8. 9:27 it's all what you make of it....you sit inside waiting for hand-outs while the majority of us living in Salisbury take some pride in our homes and property and are not waiting on someone else to do things for us! You probably don't even live inside the City, but just like to make your dumbass comments!

    1. 1:10 pm. True enough some of those apartments are Section 8 but not all. I am a resident and pay full rent every month faithfully. Crime can strike any neighborhood. But I made my first statement to say that you can not always judge a book by its cover. There are those po f us thst live and work in crime ridden areas including downtown. There are police that ride through and leave when called they dobt bother to put the areas into a rotation due to lack of officers. That's a city problem not solely a apartment or neighborhood issue.

  10. @12:23 you are correct in one sense..I consider myself lucky to not live there now, but I used to...and I work for a living- in Salisbury for 38 years so don't give me crap about waiting for a handout, so keep your dumbass comments to YOURSELF

  11. What began as a pretty nice apartment complex has (as usual) turned into a welfare ghetto complex with dozens of single mothers who have NEVER worked and have 3-5 kids. Trash all over the place, landscaping and grounds keeping are horrendous, junk and beat up cars, kids running through the parking lots at night looking to steal whatever is left unattended, fights in the parking lot, and God forbid you are alone at night there. Oh yeah, don't forget the wanna-be rap artists blasting music at 100 decibels at 11 o'clock at night.
And we have to pay TAXES for that BS??????
The best we can hope for there is a gas leak and a tremendously huge explosion.
