Thanks You Seaford Police. SPD Should Follow Their Lead.

6/23/2018 Dog left in vehicle, Food Lion parking lot. Temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Car was not running and windows cracked. Owner arrested for Animal Cruelty, arraigned and released on unsecured bond pending court appearance.

    Hope they busted his window to save the dog--they should put his ass in a car like that and make him sit in it just so he knows how dangerous it is...
