    I've been seeing flatbed trucks lately piled high with scrap metal.The price of metal must have exploded for some reason,especially aluminum.

    I'm sure he is doing whatever it takes to survive. I won't judge him for this. Times are tough and you have to do whatever it takes to get by.

    I get pulled over for a license plate bulb out by MSP but this fool is driving around with this ?.
    I guess they figure he has no $ to pay for tickets.
