Georgetown University students who recently held a community dialogue event on a new proposal to arm campus police told their white peers that they weren’t permitted to attend.
The event, which was highlighted by Robby Soave at Reason Magazine, took place at the end of April and was hosted by the student group, Georgetown United Against Police Aggression.
The event’s description on Facebook explicitly stated that white students would not be permitted to attend, even those white students who share the group’s beliefs about police aggression as a political issue, who the group describes as “allies.”

Not racism. Racism is prejudice + power. The description is reaching. Now if you said prejudice or being that they being discriminated against then your statement would be true.
ReplyDeleteGeorgetown + Blacks = Racist Students

ReplyDeleteI’m not loosing any sleep
ReplyDeleteRacism is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior, Power isn't a necessary ingredient.

Yes it is racism you ignorant bastard!
Let them all gather and realize that none of them have a plan to fix or adapt the current situations, but will rather fuel the flames of hate and stew in their own misery as if it is happening to them instead of realizing that their minds are in control of their lives and not their skin color.
ReplyDeleteThey knew no white people would attend anyway.....we will all be working!
ReplyDeleteWhat if the White students held a meeting and said no blacks allowed?
ReplyDeleteJust like the congressional black caucus. Don't think they let white boys in either.
ReplyDelete@8:37, You can tell the commenters ignorance by the way they wrote their comment. "Now if you said prejudice or being that they being discriminated against. . ." I mean, really? Schools do teach proper use of the English language, right?
ReplyDeleteThose students have NO right to stop anyone from attending. Hundreds of whites should have shown up and let them know it will not be tolerated.
ReplyDeleteOne thing these idiots do not understand, is that racism does NOT exist in the amount they say it does. Notice such as this did not happen till obama got in there. And they committed racism by voting for him because of his color. Two faced fools.
