Help!

Our pups are in desperate need of wet food! We use over 20 cans per day for the more than 40 dogs in our care. What we have won’t last for more than a few days.

Piston, Marley, Bella and Momma thank you for helping keep their bellies full.

  1. If the humane society was a no-kill place I would donate but, I refuse to donate to a place that kills dogs base don looks or their own preconceptions of a dog breed becasue they want to be in cahoots with the PC crowd...

  4. 9:04 AM I am not sure I am following your thoughts since most of the dogs they hare are pitbulls. I guess if the pitbull crowd was more responsible there wouldn't be an issue. My old drug dealing neighbor irresponsibly bred pits and had at least one litter a year if not two.

Your anger is misplaced and I think you should be ranting about the ignorants who breed these dogs like rabbits and then discard them into the system

  6. How much $ is the Humane Society getting every year for running expenses from the county, I want to know, and the average yearly donations you receive. We all know the operations there have been deplorable for years. The last head of the operations is in another county now probably run just as bad as she did Wicomico County Humane Society. Also check closely how the Good Sheppard Cat place is run while your at it.

  7. We did the paperwork and visited multiple times attempting to adopt a dog.We would have given a dog a great home, but someone else was always chosen.

  9. Keep in mind this is about the dogs, not the people! I have adopted both of my dogs from there. They were clean and healthy and the staff was always helpful and nice. They would not work there if they didn't care. I donated food today and they were very thankful. Please consider donating for the sake of the dogs.
