Very sad. A real hero.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many of our politicians that rushed to the politically network rich funeral of another county's executive will have the integrity to honor a life lost in a selfless act?
RIP, hero died trying to help others.
ReplyDeleteRIP. A true hero
ReplyDeleteThat "hero" word has lately been thrown around very freely a lot, but in this case it's the real deal.
ReplyDeleteThis man is a true hero, losing his life assisting others with no cameras around - no "glory" in his act. He was going over and above his duty in service to others.
I haven't heard as yet what the situation is on any family (wife; kids) that he may have had, but this situation screams out for a "Go Fund Me" page.
I've never donated to that before. I certainly will on this one.
Well said and written

ReplyDeleteThis is so sad. A REAL modern day hero. I hope his funeral profession is at least as long as the one in Salisbury last week.
So sorry we have lost this man.
