High court refused to hear appeal to 9th Circuit Court ruling
The state of Arizona must allow illegal immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses, the Supreme Court indicated Monday.

Former Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer had argued the ban on illegals obtaining licenses helped prevent social services fraud.
San Francisco’s 9th Circuit Court of Appeals interpreted Arizona’s decision as an attempt to supersede federal immigration law, claiming the state was developing its own definition of legal immigrants, Reuters reports.

Some days I think it would simplify things if we started calling the illegals CITIZENS and call the existing CITIZENS ILLEGALS. All that's left after that is "Press 1 for Spanish".

The states issue the drivers license not the feds. We have enough idiots on the road. Can they even drive?

ReplyDeleteThe SC is a extreme political machine, they have refused for many years to rule on the basis of law, The Constitution, and instead rule by extreme political views. They should be removed and replaced.
