ReplyDeleteOh let's hurry up and put more downtown like that amphitheater so it can all be underwater most of the time.
ReplyDeleteThe city needs to start fining the Slum Lords for not taking care of thier properties. What is happening is the garbage that the renters throw on their lawns end up blocking the grates on the roads where the water is supposed to run off, but it can't so it ends up backing up and flooding roads and basements. The Public Works Department can also go around and clean off these drains when it rains but they don't. Poor leadership.
