A white University of Pennsylvania law school professor who said she has never seen a black student graduate in the top quarter of the class during her 17 years at the institution, has been removed from teaching a required first-year law course.
'I don't think I've ever seen a black student graduate in the top quarter of the class, and rarely, rarely in the top half,' tenured law professor Amy Wax said during an interview with Brown University economics professor Glenn Loury, which was recorded on September 10, 2017.
Penn Law school dean Ted Ruger announced on Tuesday that Wax will no longer be teaching required first-year law courses.
Ruger said through an email to students and faculty that was published by Philadelphia Magazine that Wax spoke 'disparagingly and inaccurately' about the performance of black students during the interview, which was centered on her view that there is a 'downside of affirmative action.'

ReplyDeleteThe truth will set you free! From your place of employment. The truth has become radical. The thought police will hunt you down as the truth is secondary to political correctness.
ReplyDeleteThere are secrets that should not be closely guarded. This is one of them.
ReplyDeletePoor Penn Law School is going to be paying a lot of money to the professor when she wins her lawsuit.
ReplyDeleteFirst they came for guns then free speech...This is Fascism.
ReplyDeleteI recall a kid even proved that minorities are dumb, it was a science fair project.
ReplyDeleteTypical response to the truth.
ReplyDeleteRACIST BIT*H!!
Instead of saying, "You know, she's right. We need to better prepare black students for things that challenge their intellect and not just their biceps"
(and by "preparing", I DON'T mean adding 300 points to their test scores because they are black).
The truth destroys just about every position they take on any subject.
The ONLY response they EVER have is "RACIST!!"
By the way, you stupid goofs, THAT is NOT an argument or counter-argument.
Keep cheering.
