(Easton) During the month of February, Troopers of the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack responded to over 1200 calls for service throughout Talbot, Dorchester and Caroline Counties. The below Criminal Investigations and Arrest Warrants were executed throughout February. It should be noted the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack still has several on-going investigation that will be released at a later date.
Criminal Investigations
February 8, 2018, Troopers responded to Hickman, Rd., Dorchester County, regarding a burglary and assault. Troopers arrested Calab Boczon, 37 of Denton, for second degree assault, burglary and malicious destruction of property. He was seen by a court commissioner and released on his own recognizance.
February 9, 2018, Troopers responded to the 4200 Block of Main Street, Trappe, MD and arrested Leo James Kinsey, 29 of Preston, Md., for assault with a weapon and cited for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. He was seen by a court commissioner and held without bond at the Talbot County Detention Center.
February 20, 2018, Troopers responded to Cambridge, regarding a second degree assault.Joshua Andrew Katulis, 24 of Cambridge, Md., was arrested and taken before a court commissioner. He was held on $3000.00 bond.
February 24, 2018, Troopers responded to the area of Almshouse Road, Denton, Md, regarding a disturbance call. Crystal Lynn Minor, 37 of Denton was arrested for second degree assault. She was seen by a court commissioner and released on her own recognizance pending a court date.
February 25, 2018, Turhanda Andrea Opher 26, of Cambridge, was arrested for false name and hindering investigation during a traffic stop in Easton, Md. He was held on $3000.00 bond.

February 1, 2018, David Allen Zartman, 49 of Baltimore, was arrested for theft $10,000 to $100,000.00. He was seen by a court commissioner and held on $5000.00 bond.
February 2, 2018, De’Quan Kemain Brown, 22 of Pocomoke City, was arrested for driving on a suspended license and privilege. He was taken before a court commissioner and released pending a court date.
February 3, 2018, John Henry Ware, 37 of Goldsboro, was served a criminal summons at the Caroline County Detention Center, Denton, Md., for harassment. He remained at the detention center.
February 3, 2018, Michael Hulliger, 33 of Denton, was arrested after a traffic stop for an active bench warrant for failure to appear (FTA). He was seen by a court commissioner and released on his signature.
February 5, 2018, Kevin Mackenzie Fields, 24 of Cordova, surrendered to Troopers at the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack regarding an active bench warrant for driving without a license and failure to appear (FTA). He was seen by a court commissioner and held without bond.
February 6, 2018, Krista Gibson, 28 of Greensboro,was arrested at the 100 block of Elmor Court, Greensboro, regarding an active arrest warrant for driving on suspended license and privilege. She was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond
February 7, 2018, Thomas Clark, 27 of Queenstown, was served an arrest warrant for second degree assault, reckless endangerment and theft on Bryn Street, Cambridge, Md. He was seen by a court commissioner and released on his signature pending a court date.
February 8, 2018, Clarence Robertson, 32 of Delaware, surrendered to Troopers at the Talbot County District Court regarding a bench warrant for failure to appear (FTA) and Driving on suspended license. He was seen by a court commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.

February 12, 2018, Kevin Steven Tarleton Jr., 25 of Tilghman, was arrested for an arrest warrant for 2nd Degree Assault regarding an investigation in Tilghman, Md. He was seen by a court commissioner and held without bond.
February 12, 2018, Randall Scott Lewis Jr., 37 of Delaware, was arrested while Troopers were conducting an investigation regarding a tenant landlord dispute. There were two active warrants, one from Delaware for aggravated assault on police officer with a weapon and one from the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office for violation of probation. He was seen by a court commissioner and held without bond.
February 14, 2018, Clarence Thomas Reese, 62 of Silver Springs, surrendered to the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack regarding an active arrest warrant from Assault on Police and malicious destruction to property. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
February 15, 2018, Kevin Lewis, 54 of Delaware, surrendered to the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack regarding an active arrest bench warrant for failure to appear (FTA). He was taken before a court commissioner and released on his signature.

During the course of the investigations, Marquise De’Andre Lovick, 25 of Cambridge, was found to have an active arrest warrant for violation of parole. Lovick was also issued a civil citation for less than 10 grams of marijuana after the investigation in Trappe, Md.
