"...assessments were completed and appropriate action was taken."
Funny how nowhere in the press release from the SA and others was there a statement that there wasn't a real threat made.
What he said was that there was misinformation that the schools weren't safe. This they said was categorically false, and not credible( I might add that was a redundant phrase).
If appropriate action had to be taken, then the conclusion would be that some kind of credible threat was made.
This appears to be the usual politician babble trying to blow smoke up the publics butt.
Exactly fake news schools here arent safe if they were safe why were there 20 or cops at parkside for what they said and told me was a little fight lol sounds like it
As Rush Limbaugh said last week. 'The next shooter is out there now and he already has his weapons'...We are NOT safe; hence the need for better security, better job by FBI, law enforcement, common sense changes in how we protect our students at school. BUT understand this; schools aren't the ONLY target; malls, theaters, clubs, Las Vegas, busy streets, bridges, and so much More...don't be so naive Worcester County.
The Sheriff at Parkland, FL. should resign. He is either the dumbest person in Florida or he had no knowledge of how his Deputies lacked in response prior to all television spots....a TRUE IDIOT! CAN YOU SAY COWARDS?
We want our rights back you thieves. Let us "legally" carry. Your laws are what is illegal not law abiding citizens carrying. Police come to see who is left after a call is made.
This is such a BS press release it's not even funny. Schools are safe? Ask them why it took longer than 45 minutes for a K9 scan to start on the last bomb threat. Ask them why they don't, as promised years ago, have a deputy in every school. Ask them why they are pulling road deputies from road patrol, leaving the county open, and putting them in schools. Just trying to pull the wool over your eyes so you don't know how bad it is.
