ReplyDeleteClimate Change(formerly known as Global Warming)is a product being sold to us by liberal elites. The common everyday "Street Liberal" MUST follow along or else will be shunned by other Street Liberals as a non-believer. And there's nothing worse than not being a true believer.
ReplyDeleteFirst it was global warming, then climate change. What will it be named next?
ReplyDeleteThere are many reasons why the climate has warmed over the last 20 years: could be a normal cycle, the earth might not be in a perfect orbit, maybe the sun is hotter, increased volcanic activity, carbon dioxide, etc. Or all of the above.
But, to peg it on the only one that people MIGHT be able to control, tells me that the CONTROL part is the bigger story here. I think it's more about the potential penalties and taxation for those companies and countries that don't comply.
My retort to most climate change believers: how many humans caused the Earth to warm after the last ice age? Zero. So, maybe the Earth does go through prolonged cycles on its own.
The argument is not that the Earth does or doesn't go through natural heating and cooling cycles, we know it does. The issue is how rapidly it is heating up with the addition of human related emissions. You don't even understand the issue why would we trust your opinion? Would you take medical advice from a painter?

DeleteThere has only been 70 years of intense automobile use and it expands exponentially as china and other asian countries gain more economic strength. That is a lot of emissions which changes our atmosphere..

Deletewho created the global warming/climate change that melted the glaciers that once covered the U.S.? it`s wasn`t humans because we weren`t even around back then. if nature can create climate change enough to melt glaciers then i`m sure nature can create enough climate change to create hurricanes.
