I saw that about a year ago. He was rejected at every turn.
You can demand a BLT, but only if they regularly serve BLT's to other customers. If they don't serve BLT's... then no, you can't demand a BLT. It's like going into McDonalds and demanding a Porterhouse Steak... it doesn't make sense.
