  5. April and I are opposite on everything but I truly believe she was just defending herself. She promoted that event as a fun family filled evening. She loves that park. I do not believe she would ever have started any trouble in that park.

  8. Believed to be "Above The Law" just because she is a minion on a defunct council. Anyone with common sense would have wanted it over with the first scheduled court date.

  9. Well there is some fishy stuff going on here, my understanding is it any one court case can only be rescheduled 2 or 3 times after that, it either gets tossed or you go through with it...

    1. The state can ask for only 2 postponements then you have the right to demand a speedy trial. The defendant as many as the court will grant.
