She is so far "pass" the holly center. Btw what did she do?
ReplyDeleteWho is the judge?
ReplyDeleteBet she asks to have Case heard in Circuit Court....bingo. More Delays
ReplyDeleteGuaranteed no pros
ReplyDeleteWill it finally be held? Or is April's attorney still jockeying for the "right" judge?
ReplyDeleteApril and I are opposite on everything but I truly believe she was just defending herself. She promoted that event as a fun family filled evening. She loves that park. I do not believe she would ever have started any trouble in that park.
ReplyDeleteWould love to be on the jury for this one!
ReplyDeleteApril needs to get a grip on her life...Hope Judge John Rue is hearing this one
ReplyDeleteBelieved to be "Above The Law" just because she is a minion on a defunct council. Anyone with common sense would have wanted it over with the first scheduled court date.
ReplyDeleteWell there is some fishy stuff going on here, my understanding is it any one court case can only be rescheduled 2 or 3 times after that, it either gets tossed or you go through with it...
ReplyDeleteThe state can ask for only 2 postponements then you have the right to demand a speedy trial. The defendant as many as the court will grant.
Delete8:58 You must have skipped that class at law school. Sit down and mind your own business.
