Brian Frosh Sues Trump Because Maryland Hotels Must Compete With His Hotel in D.C
Maryland attorneys will argue in federal court today that the state was harmed by payments that President Donald J. Trump’s real estate company received, and that those payments violated the Constitution.
The arguments, which will take place in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, stem from a lawsuit filed by Maryland and the District of Columbia in June alleging payments to Trump’s firm violated the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution.
Spoiler alert, an identical case was brought in NYC. And thrown out by the judge. Just like this one will be. When will Frosh get fired for misuse of public funds?
It is not hogan and it is not Maryland. Our state congress voted to give this idiot the right to sue anybody he wants without the states approval. He is a rogue idiot. Wake up folks and know the facts
Frosh is a lunatic he needs to go
ReplyDeleteWhy does Maryland keep poking trump with a stick? I hope he hits back. Maryland must remember who it's largest employer is.
