Looks like the area that is bare under the tree blew back onto the roadway to cause the Drift. There is a reason there was a state of emergency and you should have kept your vehicles at home.
Never take a mini van to a 4X4 fight.
It looks like they plowed up to that point but had to stop because of the car blocking the road.
Have not seen any city streets plowed, just state roads. Guess they need to save the money for the Folk Festival.
Come on guys, be gentle, those working on the roads are a blessing to us all.
