100 state legislators sign letter to Congress to urge them to eliminate the deduction and pass tax reform
Eliminating the state and local tax deduction through President Trump's tax reform framework could help lower taxes by $1 trillion, according to economist Stephen Moore, who helped put the original tax plan together.
Moore says eliminating the state and local tax deduction will increase revenues for the government over the next decade by $1 trillion, which can be used to cut tax rates even lower.
"We do need the trillion dollars of revenue you get from eliminating the state and local tax deduction to pay for the lower tax rates on businesses and families because we want to get this to about a $2.5 trillion tax cut, and a trillion of that will come from eliminating the state and local tax deduction," Moore explained in a conference call. "This is a provision of tax code that is quite unfair to the low-tax states and I would make the case also that if you are for limited government and more private sector growth then there is absolutely no question that the fact of state and local tax deduction is to encourage more public provision of goods and services and fewer private provisions of services."

How to Win Your Nobel
Winners share tips and the keys to their successes. Many cite luck as a factor.
Winning a Nobel Prize may seem like an absurdly ambitious goal for most scientists to even contemplate, but some researchers will admit to daydreaming about it.
So, how do you achieve this accolade? Is it a matter of intelligence, hard work or just sheer luck? Can researchers really take practical steps toward achieving science’s greatest honor, which has been bestowed on fewer than 700 people since the first awards were made in 1901?
Those who are likely to know best are the Nobel laureates alive today -- perhaps the most elite club in global science, whose members number fewer than 300 people, even after the Swedish Academy named the latest clutch of winners in Stockholm last week.
As part of a unique survey by Times Higher Education, we asked 50 Nobel winners in science and economics -- about 20 percent of all living laureates in these fields -- to offer the best advice they could give to early-career researchers to maximize their chances of making a Nobel-worthy breakthrough.
Some laureates were, of course, highly skeptical that any useful advice could be offered.
“My big tip is to be lucky,” said Richard J. Roberts, the English biochemist who shared the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1993 for work on gene splicing. “There is no strategy that you can adopt to win a Nobel prize -- a lot depends on whether you end up in the right place at the right time.”

Default Crisis for Black Student Borrowers
Half of all black students who took out federal student loans defaulted in 12 years, according to two analyses of new federal data on student borrowers.
Two analyses of newly released federal data on student loans reveal serious default problems for African-American borrowers.
Earlier this month the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics published a report on patterns of student loan repayment for two groups of borrowers who first enrolled in college in 1995-1996 and in 2003-2004.
Historically the department has not collected much data on student debt that can be broken out by the race or ethnic background of borrowers. The new report, however, included tools that researchers can use to compare how various groups are faring.
Two resulting analyses found a troubling picture for black students who take out loans.
Nearly half (49 percent) of all black borrowers in the 2004 group defaulted on at least one loan within 12 years, wrote Robert Kelchen, an assistant professor of higher education at Seton Hall University. That default rate was more than twice that of white students (20 percent) and more than four times the rate of Asian students (11 percent).
“The differentials are still present across sector, with more than one-third of black students defaulting across all sectors while a relatively small percentage of Asian students defaulted across all nonprofit sectors,” Kelchen said. “Default rates at for-profit colleges are high for all racial/ethnic groups, with almost half of white students defaulting alongside nearly two-thirds of black students.”
The Center for American Progress on Monday released a report on the new numbers.
The federal data show that the typical black student who enrolled in 2004 and took on debt for an undergraduate education owed more on their student loans after 12 years than the amount originally borrowed, found Ben Miller, the senior director for postsecondary education at the center and a former department official during the Obama administration.

FBI found Russian bribery plot before Obama administration approved nuclear deal with Moscow
Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.
Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.
They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.
The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later..

Smartphones Are Killing Americans
Jennifer Smith doesn’t like the term “accident.” It implies too much chance and too little culpability.
A “crash” killed her mother in 2008, she insists, when her car was broadsided by another vehicle while on her way to pick up cat food. The other driver, a 20-year-old college student, ran a red light while talking on his mobile phone, a distraction that he immediately admitted and cited as the catalyst of the fatal event.
“He was remorseful,” Smith, now 43, said. “He never changed his story.”
Yet in federal records, the death isn’t attributed to distraction or mobile-phone use. It’s just another line item on the grim annual toll taken by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration [NHTSA]—one of 37,262 that year. Three months later, Smith quit her job as a realtor and formed Stopdistractions.org, a nonprofit lobbying and support group. Her intent was to make the tragic loss of her mother an anomaly.
To that end, she has been wildly unsuccessful. Nine years later, the problem of death-by-distraction has gotten much worse.
There are three big clues about why this is happening..

McCain blasts 'half-baked, spurious nationalism' in half-baked, emotional speech
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) blasted “half-baked, spurious nationalism” in the United States in an emotional speech Monday night after receiving the National Constitution Center’s Liberty Medal.
“To fear the world we have organized and led for three-quarters of a century, to abandon the ideals we have advanced around the globe, to refuse the obligations of international leadership and our duty to remain 'the last best hope of earth' for the sake of some half-baked, spurious nationalism cooked up by people who would rather find scapegoats than solve problems is as unpatriotic as an attachment to any other tired dogma of the past that Americans consigned to the ash heap of history,” McCain said in the speech.
The Arizona senator said “we live in a land made of ideals, not blood and soil” and said Americans “are the custodians of those ideals at home, and their champion abroad.”

The man believed to have killed three people in a "targeted attack" near a Maryland business and also suspected in a later shooting in Delaware was apprehended by police in Delaware Wednesday evening after a manhunt that stretched on for hours.
The suspect was identified by Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler as 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince.
"We have lost three lives so far this morning in Harford County," Gahler said at a news conference, adding it was not a random shooting but a "targeted attack."
The Harford County Sheriff's Office said the shooting took place at the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood, located about 20 miles northeast of Baltimore. Shots rang out around 8:58 a.m., according to Gahler.

’48-Hour Challenge’ Facebook game is encouraging kids to go missing
KIDS as young as 14 are going missing for days at a time as part of a worrying new Facebook game called the "48-hour challenge".
The shocking challenge invites children to hide from their parents and loved ones for as long as possible, with participants awarded a higher score every time they are mentioned on social media.
This means that kids are given points if their frantic parents take to Facebook or Twitter to sound the alarm.
The latest "challenge" is very similar to the "Game of 72" which shocked the nation in 2015 by tellings kids to disappear for 24, 48 or even 72 hours.

IRS refuses to give back $59G to vet after seizing his business cash
The Internal Revenue Service is reportedly refusing to give back more than $59,000 to U.S. military veteran after it seized his gas station’s cash during a raid that found no evidence of criminal activity.
Oh Suk Kwon, 73, a South Korea immigrant who came to the U.S. back in the 1970s and served four years as a fleet mechanic in the U.S. army, bought a gas station in Maryland in 2007 following decades of work at an electrical plant as an auto mechanic.
“When I came to the United States, I had to do something for the country,” he told the Washington Post. He later became a U.S. citizen.
Following an honorable discharge, he continued pursuing the American dream, telling the paper: “My whole life was work, work, work.”
But just several years after opening the gas station, IRS investigators seized all the station’s cash – more than $59,000 – leaving the Kwon family cash-strapped, even though no evidence of criminal wrongdoing was found by the government, the paper reported.
After the IRS investigation ended, the station went bankrupt, Kwon’s wife passed away, and the IRS changed its policy regarding seizures like this; but the agency is still refusing to hand back Kwon his money.

Maxine Waters Owes Daughter $88,000 from Campaign Funds
The campaign committee of Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.) is $88,000 in debt to her daughter for payments to run a lucrative slate mailer operation that has been used by the congresswoman to pull in hundreds of thousands in funds from other liberal political committees.
Karen Waters, the daughter of Rep. Waters, and her firm have been paid more than $650,000 to run the slate mailer operation since its inception, the Washington Free Beacon previously reported. Karen has been on the payroll of Citizens for Waters, her mother's campaign committee, since 2006.
The October quarterly report for Citizens for Waters, which covers finances from the beginning of July to the end of September, shows that the Waters campaign currently has debts of $124,201.69. A majority of this amount—$88,000—is owed to her daughter for her work with the mailers.

ObamaCare Is Still Obama's
It’s been said that since ObamaCare became law, the U.S. government is now a health insurance company that fields a military. Sadly, that’s not far off the mark and is an affront to those who understand the Constitution and personal liberty.
Pitifully, a growing population turns first to the government to solve their problems, such as health insurance coverage, despite the enumerated powers laid out by the Law of the Land. Now we have a very large sector of America’s economy that is manipulated by government rules, regulation and control that standardizes inefficiencies and ineffectiveness, not to mention inflates costs.
The good news is President Donald Trump acted last week to halt illegal subsidies paid from the U.S. Treasury to insurance companies to cover their losses and, ostensibly, to keep premiums lower. Naturally, the #VeryFakeNews media has been in hyper drive to frame the narrative of the Hateful Republican President who is killing people by taking away their health care through the wrongful use of an executive order.
Let’s apply the truth to the hyperventilating Left and the insurance companies who spent hundreds of millions of dollars lobbying for this failed policy, and who are now trying to cover up the need for billions in taxpayer bailouts — a.k.a. in bureaucratic-ese, cost-sharing reduction payments.

Man resided in woods for 10 years because wife nagged him too much
A British man ran away from his home and live in the woods for 10 years -- all because his wife nagged him too much.
Malcolm Applegate, 62, of Birmingham, opened up about his new life -- and his old one -- in a blog entry posted on the Emmaus Greenwich website. Emmaus is a “homeless charity” that gives people a home “for as long as someone needs it and meaningful work in our social enterprise,” according to its website.
Applegate wrote he was a gardener for 25 years and enjoyed his job until he got married. He wrote the more hours he worked, the “angrier” his spouse became.
“She didn’t like me being out of the house for long periods of time. The controlling behavior started to get out of hand and she demanded that I cut my hours,” Applegate wrote.

Survey Says Most College Students Are Clueless about the First Amendment
Last week at Columbia University, conservative pundit Tommy Robinsonattempted to give a speech on mass immigration in Europe. Instead, the event devolved into chaos. Students consistently shouted down Robinson, effectively preventing him from speaking as he Skyped into the campus auditorium from the United Kingdom. He gave up on trying to speak and instead fielded questions from protesters.
“This is our free speech, this is our First Amendment right,” repeated some of the protesters as they shouted over Robinson.
It was clear that many students had a warped understanding of the First Amendment.
To be fair, an argument could be made that, because Robinson spoke before students at a private university, First Amendment protections might not apply. But student protesters didn’t raise the specter of that concern. Indeed, their only way of justifying their actions was to claim that they were expressing their “free speech” rights in shouting down Robinson.

Buchanan: Is War With Iran Now Inevitable?
With his declaration Friday that the Iran nuclear deal is not in the national interest, President Donald Trump may have put us on the road to war with Iran.
Indeed, it is easier to see the collisions that are coming than to see how we get off this road before the shooting starts.
After “de-certifying” the nuclear agreement, signed by all five permanent members of the Security Council, Trump gave Congress 60 days to reimpose the sanctions that it lifted when Teheran signed.
If Congress does not reimpose those sanctions and kill the deal, Trump threatens to kill it himself.
Why? Did Iran violate the terms of the agreement? Almost no one argues that - not the UN nuclear inspectors, not our NATO allies, not even Trump’s national security team.
Iran shipped all its 20 percent enriched uranium out of the country, shut down most of its centrifuges, and allowed intrusive inspections of all nuclear facilities. Even before the deal, 17 U.S. intelligence agencies said they could find no evidence of an Iranian nuclear bomb program.
Indeed, if Iran wanted a bomb, Iran would have had a bomb.

Florida woman dragged from her SUV after hitting a toddler
Authorities in Florida say a woman who accidentally struck and killed a young boy who ran into the street was later dragged from her SUV and beaten by the victim's family members.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, 22-month-old Neallie Junior Saxon III was playing with other children in a Deerfield Beach neighborhood at 4.30pm on Sunday when he chased a ball into the street.
A 2007 four-door Hyundai Santa Fe SUV going east in the 300 block of Northwest Fourth Place struck the boy, knocking him to the ground. Police say the driver was going the speed limit but possibly distracted by other children in the street.
Deputies say the driver was apparently unaware of what had happened and continued on her way.

Man ministering to homeless dies after ‘sucker punch’
Charge against Corey Todd upgraded to murder after John Bagley dies
COLUMBIA, S.C. — A man who spent his life serving God and ministering to others died after a homeless man punched him, police say.
Family members said John Bagley, 81, was a Vietnam veteran who preached to the homeless as a member of Keepin’ It Real Ministries. His son, Keith Bagley, said his dad carried stacks of McDonald’s gift cards to pass out to the homeless who gather in a Columbia park.
Bagley said Corey Todd, 42, asked his father for money on Sept. 10. Pastor Oscar Gadsden said Todd then sucker-punched his father. Gadsden said Todd appeared to have mental health issues.
"I believe that the young man who hit him has a mental condition," Gadsden said.

The United States Of Weinstein: Complicity, Greed, & Corruption Is The Status Quo
If integrity means more than any of these baubles, then prepare to fail.
The theme this week is The Rot Within.
The sordid story of Harvey Weinstein is being presented as an aberration. It is not an aberration; it is merely a high-profile example of how the status quo functions in the USA, a.k.a. The United States of Weinstein, in which complicity, greed and corruption reign supreme in every sector and in every nook and cranny of power.
The dirty secret of America's status quo is that power and wealth are both extremely concentrated, which means there aregatekeepers who must be bribed, sated or serviced if you want to claw your way up the wealth-power pyramid. Mr. Weinstein's alleged conduct and payoffs of those he exploited is par for the course in the corridors of power in the USA.
As a gatekeeper in Hollywood, Mr. W. could make or break careers with absurd ease.
Gatekeepers are the key functionaries in a rentier economy in which the few at the top skim the wealth of the many. Want to play in the big leagues of Hollywood, Washington D.C., the Pentagon, or the various HQs of Global Corporate America? You have to pay the Gatekeepers what they demand.

'Cold creepiness rarely seen': Hillary seethes when asked about Wikileaks
Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton became visibly irritated during an interview with Australian TV when she was asked about Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange.
In the interview with 4corners, she appeared tired with bags under her eyes, and her bitterness over losing the election to Donald Trump clearly remained.
“I think Assange has become a nihilistic opportunist who does the bidding of a dictator,” Clinton said, apparently referring to Russia’s Vladimir Putin.
When the interviewer noted many people in Australia view Assange as a “martyr for free speech and freedom of information.”
Clinton bristled.
“I mean, he’s a tool of Russian intelligence,” she responded. “If he’s such a martyr for free speech, why doesn’t WikiLeaks ever publish anything coming out of Russia?”
The interviewer pushed back on Clinton’s claims.

NFL Ratings CRASH Gets Real With New Numbers- And America Has Just Begun!
A new report has been released on the ratings for the NFL and it’s looking as badly as you’d imagine.
For constantly shoveling the kneeling, hand-locking and bad attitudes about the flag and the National Anthem, the NFL has confirmed that for the first six games of this season, the ratings that indicate total number of viewers have fallen 7.5% more than last year’s total viewership.

Senate Judiciary opens probe into Obama-era Russian nuclear bribery case
The Senate Judiciary Committee has launched a probe into a Russian nuclear bribery case, demanding several federal agencies disclose whether they knew the FBI had uncovered the corruption before the Obama administration in 2010 approved a controversial uranium deal with Moscow.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the committee chairman, gets his first chance to raise the issue in public on Wednesday when he questions Attorney General Jeff Sessions during an oversight hearing.
Aides said the committee had sent requests for information to 10 federal agencies involved in the Russian uranium approvals.
The committee is discussing other bipartisan requests to make in the coming days, and Grassley also is expected to seek access to potential witnesses soon, escalating from the information requests he made a few years back, according to people familiar with the investigation.
The senator also specifically conveyed in the latest letters he no longer accepts the Obama administration's assurances from 2015 that there was no basis to block the Uranium One deal.

For His Puerto Rico Response, Missouri State Senator Compares Trump to Hitler
A state senator from University City caught criticism on Thursday for the second time since August after she posted another controversial social media message regarding President Donald Trump.
In August, Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal, a Democrat, said in a Facebook comment that she hoped for Trump's assassination. On Thursday morning, she tweeted a takeoff of a Dove cosmetic ad many called racist.
In the original ad, a black woman is pictured taking off a shirt to reveal a white woman. In Chappelle-Nadal's post, Trump takes off a shirt to reveal Adolf Hitler.
At least two Republican lawmakers shared their displeasure on Twitter.
State Rep. Phil Christofanelli, R-St. Peters, called the post "shameful." State Rep. Jean Evans, R-Manchester, said Chappelle-Nadal was continuing her "disgusting attacks on our president."

Fentanyl makes its way from Chinese labs to Baltimore streets, with deadly consequences
In a laboratory somewhere in China, a chemist is producing the fentanyl that will kill an opioid user in Maryland.
Within China’s vast drug industry, which produces much of the global supply of pharmaceutical ingredients, laboratories are taking advantage of cheap labor and lax oversight from Beijing to churn out new versions of the cheap, powerful and often deadly synthetic opioid faster than U.S. authorities can identify, classify and ban them.
From China — the largest producer of fentanyl worldwide — the drug is sent daily by plane or ship to Mexico, where traffickers and truckers push it along well-worn paths of illicit narcotics north to the United States. In Baltimore and other cities, well-established gangs push the powder and pills to consumers.
This much is known by U.S. authorities. They’re intercepting increasing amounts of fentanyl. But they’ve been unable to make much of a dent in the trade.

Miami politician says aliens took her on a spaceship. Now she’s running for Congress.
WASHINGTON - Florida has a U.S. senator who once flew aboard the Space Shuttle.
A congressional candidate from Miami can go one better: Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera says she’s been aboard a spaceship too. But this one was crewed by aliens. As in extraterrestrials.
Three blond, big-bodied beings — two females, one male — visited her when she was 7 years old and have communicated telepathically with her several times in her life, she says. (Sen. Bill Nelson served as payload officer aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia in 1986. All seven people aboard were from Earth. As far as is known.)

Blacks Trashing Trump from the Pulpit
My brother Jerry is a deacon in his all-black church. Jerry called to tell me he confronted his pastor, telling him it is unchristian to include a hateful rant against Trump in every sermon. His pastor firmly believes Trump is a rabid racist. I asked Jerry, "What was your pastor's response?"
Jerry said his pastor gave him the same blank stare he always receives from fellow blacks when he states commonsense views that are contrary to Democrat lies believed by that most blacks. Condescendingly, Jerry's pastor said he understood his concerns. Meanwhile, his attacks on Trump from the pulpit continue. Jerry said every guest speaker at his church includes trashing Trump in their sermon.
Jerry's church realizes there is a war on Christianity. Jerry said it is mindboggling that his church has hired attorneys to defend itself from relentless infringements on its religious liberty. And yet, his entire church is loyal Democrat voters, the party leading the charge against Christianity. Jerry said it is as insane as giving your enemy a hammer to hit you in the head and then buying a helmet for protection.

Donald Trump Warns John McCain: 'At Some Point, I Fight Back'
President Donald Trump responded on Tuesday to criticism from former failed presidential candidate Sen. John McCain, warning that he might be prepared to go to war with the ailing senator.
Trump’s remarks, given in an interview with WMAL’s Chris Plante, were in response to the speech McCain delivered at the National Constitution Center Liberty Medal ceremony in Philadelphia.
“People have to be careful because at some point, I fight back,” Trump said. “I’m being very nice. I’m being very, very, nice, but at some point, I fight back, and it won’t be pretty.”
McCain alluded to Trump’s foreign policy as “half-baked, spurious nationalism” and said it was “unpatriotic.”

Comey did draft Hillary exoneration early
FBI confirms statement suggested before investigation closed
The FBI has admitted that a statement was drawn up by then-Director James Comey exonerating Hillary Clinton – even though she was “extremely careless,” at best, with national secrets – months before she was even interviewed about the issue.
Clinton was under investigation by the FBI throughout the 2016 presidential race for using a private email address on a private server while she was U.S. secretary of state.
Long lists of classified and secret information about the nation’s security ended up on that unsecured private computer, even after Clinton denied that that could happen.
Two months ago, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and Sen. Lindsey Graham wrote to the FBI expressing concern that Comey drafted the statement clearing Clinton of criminal charges before the investigation was complete.
The senators reported they had obtained transcripts of interviews from the Office of the Special Counsel that was investigating Comey’s actions.

FBI Hid Clinton-Russia Ties
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reportedly buried evidence tying the Clinton Foundation to a Russian bribery scheme underway as the Obama administration decided whether or not to give Moscow control over U.S. uranium reserves.
FBI officials collected evidence of a Russian bribery scheme that started as early as 2009, including “an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow,” The Hill reported Tuesday.

FBI Uncovers Confirmation of Hillary Clinton's Corrupt Uranium Deal with Russia
New evidence has emerged to confirm Peter Schweizer’s account in his bestselling book Clinton Cash about the corrupt tactics behind former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s approval of Russia’s purchase of 20 percent of U.S. uranium.
John Solomon and Alison Spann report in The Hill:

'Your Bad Friend' Harvey Weinstein Sent Gushing Emails to 'Madame Secretary' Hillary Clinton
Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein sent several flattering emails to Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State, even offering her free copies of his movies.
In 2010, Weinstein appeared eager to rekindle his relationship with Clinton, as her political star continued to rise.
“As time moves on, I realize I haven’t seen you and Mrs. Clinton (Hillary) in a long time, but I think of you both often,” he wrote in an August 2010 email to Clinton’s assistant Capricia Marshall. “I don’t know if movie producers are still worthy in your world, but next time you’re in NYC I’d love to see you.”
He signed the email as “Your bad friend, Harvey.”
The emails from Weinstein to Hillary Clinton were included as part of the released documents from her time as Secretary of State. They can be found on the State Department’sFOIA website.

Trump to slain soldier’s widow: ‘He knew what he signed up for’
Publishers Notes: This looks like what it is, another smear by Democrats. They have no idea what the conversation was other than the cherry-picked statement by the President. If I were the Special Forces widow, I'd understand what he said and take it as a comforting thought.
President Trump told the widow of a Green Beret who died in Niger that the soldier “knew what he signed up for … but when it happens, it hurts anyway” during a phone call Tuesday.
The widow of Army Sgt. La David Johnson received the five-minute call from Trump, Democratic Rep. Frederica Wilson told The Post, one day after the commander-in-chief falsely suggested that former President Barack Obama did not phone the families of fallen soldiers.

AND YOU WONDER WHY THINGS ARE UPSIDE DOWN?
An article from the New York Post:
I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA).
OFA is 30,000+ strong and working to disrupt everything that our current president’s administration is trying to do. This organization goes against our Democracy, and it is an operation that will destroy our way of governing. It goes against our Constitution, our laws, and the processes established over 200 years ago. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it is not going to be respected and allowed to follow our laws?
If you had an army some 30,000 strong and a court system stacked over the decades with judges who would allow you to break the laws, how much damage could you do to a country? We are about to find out in America!
Our ex-president said he was going to stay involved through community organizing and speak out on the issues and that appears to be one post-administration promise he intends to keep. He has moved many of his administration's top dogs over to Organizing for Action.
OFA is behind the strategic and tactical implementation of the resistance to the Trump Administration that we are seeing across America, and politically active courts are providing the leverage for this revolution.
OFA is dedicated to organizing communities for "progressive" change. Its issues are gun control, socialist healthcare, abortion, sexual equality, climate change, and of course, immigration reform.
OFA members were propped up by the ex-president's message from the shadows: "Organizing is the building block of everything great we have accomplished Organizers around the country are fighting for change in their communities and OFA is one of the groups on the front lines. Commit to this work in 2017 and beyond."
OFA's website says it obtained its "digital" assets from the ex-president's re-election effort and that he inspired the movement In short, it is the shadow government organization aimed at resisting and tearing down the Constitutional Republic we know as AMERICA.
Paul Sperry, writing for the New York Post, says, “The OFA will fight President Donald Trump at every turn of his presidency and the ex-president will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House."
Sperry writes that, “The ex-president is setting up a shadow government to sabotage the Trump administration through a network of non-profits led by OFA, which is growing its war chest (more than $40 million) and has some 250 offices nationwide. The OFA IRS filings, according to Sperry, indicate that the OFA has 32,525 (and growing) volunteers nationwide The ex-president and his wife will oversee the operation from their home/ office in Washington DC.
Think about how this works.. For example: Trump issues an immigration executive order; the OFA signals for protests and statements from pro-immigrant groups; the ACLU lawyers file lawsuits in jurisdictions where activist judges obstruct the laws; volunteers are called to protest at airports and Congressional town hall meetings; the leftist media springs to action in support of these activities; the twitter sphere lights up with social media; and violence follows. All of this happens from the ex-president's signal that he is heartened by the protests.
If Barack Obama did not do enough to destroy this country in the 8 years he was in office, it appears his future plans are to destroy the foundation on which this country has operated on for the last 241 years.
If this does not scare you, then we are in worse trouble than you know.
So, do your part. You have read it, so at least pass this on so others will know what we are up against. We are losing our country and we are so compliant. We are becoming a "PERFECT TARGET" for our enemy!

Trump Is Right About NBC and Comcast
President Trump was right when he used Twitter this past week to expose Comcast’s network NBC for its outrageous bias against him.
Trump tweeted: “People are just now starting to find out how dishonest and disgusting (FakeNews) @NBCNews is. Viewers beware. May be worse than even @CNN!”
Comcast, one the nation’s largest media companies, owns NBC and the Xfinity cable system as well the very liberal MSNBC cable channel.
No media company opposes the president and his agenda more than Comcast.
In fact, the media venom I see coming from Comcast against President Trump exceeds even what my dad faced in the 1980s — and that was pretty ugly.
Don’t forget that Comcast also owns the TV show “Access Hollywood.” Remember its “leaked” tape of Trump and Billy Bush?

Small Cable Companies Blame Comcast For Their High Prices
Smaller cable companies say they want to save you money, but they can’t. Why not? Comcast won’t let them.
At least that’s what the American Cable Association — an industry group representing all the little pay-TV companies that haven’t been bought by Comcast…yet — said in an Oct. 10 filing [PDF] with the Federal Communication Commission.
The ACA claims that Comcast forces smaller providers to carry a slew of NBCUniversal channels, effectively preventing these companies from offering their customers so-called “skinny” bundles that cost less and include fewer channels you don’t watch anyway.
The comments, submitted as part of the FCC’s annual review of competition in the pay-TV industry, highlight how Comcast’s wide array of assets can negatively affect competition among cable providers.

Dog-Walking Apps Want Customers To Entrust Their Pups To Strangers
Ride-hailing apps ask us to get in strangers’ cars, something that our parents specifically warned us against. Now a new generation of gig economy apps asks us to let strangers into our homes and take our pets on walks. While most walks and boarding stays using services like Wag and Rover end well, enough have resulted in lost or killed pets that investors are becoming skittish, and maybe customers should be.

McDonald’s may be the last place on Earth you’d expect to care about this decrease in human interaction, but some Golden Arches franchises are trying to get customers talking to each other again.

As Infowars pointed out last week, the mainstream media was desperately trying to link the Weinstein scandal to President Trump while ignoring Bill Clinton, a former president who settled sexual assault lawsuits and was also close friends with Weinstein.
