    This is why I love this site.I tend to forget about these things when each new thing comes along.9:13 may be correct.My divorce case was scheduled for the first available date irregardless of judge and I got clobbered.It turned out that MY judge had just gone through a really nasty divorce himself & my attorney never told me...if he even knew.

    Why so long? Great question!

    Public Defender? Another good question.

    Do we have a person representing us that can't handle their owe affairs sufficient enough to a retain a defense attorney that will work with you on a scheduled payment plan.

    It always concerns me the caliber of people we elect to be a watchdog for us, but they can not keep their own house in order. No wonder the country is in such a mess, starting locally.

    Sad part, its happening in many counties in many states too. Lack of court "order".

    Delays work for the defendant. Witnesses tend to forget details after a while.

    Looks like she has 2 public defenders. ONe from Dorchester one from Wicomico. What a waste of money.

    WRONG 4:32...the Plaintiff is the State of Maryland...they are obviously bringing in from Dorchester County a special prosecutor. She has ONE Public Defender from Wicomico. Learn the terminology!

    She keeps postponing it because she hopes people will forget about it. She also knows that when she is found guilty she will be removed from the Salisbury City Council.
