You must be blind. In case you haven't noticed, Salisbury is still closed. Main Street construction is endlessly ongoing, RT 13 - South Salisbury Blvd. the businesses still haven't recovered from the past 3 years of road construction, the Rt. 13 bypass - is partially closed, and the Salisbury WWTP is still dumping into the Wicomico River.
NOW WHAT BEAUTY IS THERE TO ADMIRE? You must be blind - or - are affiliated with the DT Fake News organization.
Hey, Kids! There's a building for sale Downtown on the Plaza JUST REDUCED to $260,000! Almost NO traffic, and NEW parking meters going up with RAISED PRICES! You can get your glass half full at the bar down the street!

Evidently, some people here look on the bright side and see the glass full. Others are always dark and gloomy and their glass is empty.
