  3. Maryland's "common sense gun safety laws" are working real good in Baltimore aren't they Brian?

  4. Marylander's convicted of violent crimes are not allowed to carry concealed weapons on our streets........but they do so sir and carry out crime while doing so.

  5. Further proof that liberals have no brains.

  6. If passed, it will be a victory because he and his liberal counterparts don't like it. It is not favorable to their plan.

  7. Frosh had better double check his sources because all the sources I have read suggest exactly the opposite. The most restrictive states and municipalities have the highest rates of violent crimes. That's why no one is safe in downtown Baltimore or Chicago. Of course, that might change if you count the home owner defending his life and property as violence (but I doubt it).

  8. This idiot states MD has common sense gun laws tells us he does not know what this means. We have to pass a MD and FBI background check to buy a weapon but the criminals that violate his common sense gun laws he never prosecutes to the fullest. His motto is punish the law abiding citizen and let the criminals off.

  9. I would love to see the reports that are stating the "facts" as he puts them. I would say that they are non-existent.

Frosh concerned about Marylanders safety, really, since when? Baltimore Murder rate just broke the last year's record, again. Those gun free zones are really working , aren't they? So, basically, Frosh is telling Baltimore residents it is illegal to protect yourself and your family with firearm, just call police and run to nearest Gun Free Zone and the crime will stop. Frosh is a gun grabbing socialist, um, democ-rat.

  12. Maryland continues to deny it's law abiding citizens the right to protect themselves, and others, by denying its citizens the RIGHT to carry concealed weapons. With proper training and background checks, there is no reason to deny its citizens of that right. If it eventually take a federal law that supersedes state law to grant us that right that MOST other states grant to their citizens, then good!

I bet our attorney general carries a gun. I hate Maryland politicians!

  13. Frosh, your mother would be embarrassed with the trash spewed out of your mouth. I'm embarrassed for her as well as other MD'ers who thought you could make a difference. How WRONG everyone was. DO something for the people rather than stating what "WOULD" this and what "WOULD" that...or spewing stats at us.

We want action and that includes carry/conceal.

  14. Nazi.
    Two Sets of Laws.

Further, where does he get, being a lawyer and all, the right to say "Right-to-carry sates are estimated....". If THAT is the most precise he can be, I don't recommend using his services.
Who is doing the "estimating" and aren't there rock solid statistics (I use that term loosely) that would eliminate the need for "estimating"?
    What a dumb ace.
Any and every time a politician opens his mouth, he lies. Any statistic they site is just that -- a statistic. They are KINGS at using stats to slant the truth because they know that, using statistics, one could prove ANYTHING. Or, at least, make it SOUND really factual and serious.
I'd rather take my chances with my guns and jury nullification than hope to Jesus that the guy tapping on my window with his 9mm and telling me to get out is not really carjacking me (or maybe the guy beside me, maybe YOU).
Another straight up Nazi who thinks HE and his ilk get to dole out our rights as THEY see fit. The measure is theirs to decide.
I only think only one measurement is all they need to know.
    12 feet.
    Of rope.
    It's reusable, too.

  15. It should be against the law and bring serious prison terms for those like Frosh and the positions they hold...to tell flat out lies using bogus polls and statistics, all the while refusing to acknowledge the true facts. Fact #1 is all areas who havent infringed the 2nd amendments of the people, there is far far less crime. The areas they have enacted these so called common sense violations criminals rule, just look at baltimore, chicago, ect. The only safety of Americans he notes are those they continually release back out on the streets after violent crimes, and the violent democrats, they dont care about the safety of law abiding citizens, Frosh cares about their voting base the criminals. Crime is BIG business in MD and Frosh and the MGA need to protect this big business even by continually infringing on the Constitutional Rights of the law abiding. Frosh, mike and mike, ratskin and all their ilk have md to be run by criminals, they cater to crime and violate the rights of the law abiding, these criminals must be replaced if MD is to survive.

  16. Frosh and his band of criminals took an OATH of Office to UPHOLD the United States Constitution, they CONTINUALLY violate and break these laws {the highest laws of the country} It's long past due to indict these criminals !!!!!

  17. Found the study he's citing for the LEO homicide rates (attached.) It's a bad study. They "proxy" firearm ownership numbers using firearm-suicides as a percent of all suicides as an annual measure of firearm ownership rates. They have a divide-by-zero problem with Iowa, Maine, Vermont and Wyoming - these states have ZERO LEO homicides during the 15-year measurement window. (To counter this, they lump a bunch of states together so the group-denominator isn't zero.) And they come right out and say "Hey, not all states support a positive correlation between citizen firearm ownership and LEO homicides." Wyoming had the highest ownership rate (52%) and ZERO LEO homicides. DC, by comparison, has a 4.8% ownership rate and one of the highest LEO homicide rates. Amusingly, they lumped DC into the "low ownership" pool which skews the result toward the desired conclusion.

Finally, they admit that their study is "limited" (aka "severely flawed") right before proclaiming the conclusion "Officers in the high-gun states had 3 times the likelihood of being killed compared with low-gun states. Higher levels of civilian gun ownership appeared to be a significant risk factor for the homicide of LEOs."

  18. Basically, Frosh needs a strong laxative because he's full again.

MD citizens need have their rights restored; our neighboring states have shown that responsible citizens behave responsibly.
