Type of Incident: Motor Vehicle Collision
Date and Time: 12/12/17 at 1841hours
Location: S/B 113 at Newark Road, Newark, Worcester County, MD
Vehicles: Veh#1 2013 Cadillac ATS
Accused: Suspect (At Fault)/ Driver Vehicle #1: Pasquale Ingemi 57 yoa New Jersey
Narrative: On 12/12/2017 at approximately 1750 hours, Troopers from the Maryland State Police Berlin Barracks where investigating a single vehicle collision involving an oil tanker.
During the investigation Troopers closed both S/B and N/B lanes of 113 at Newark Rd.
Troopers and tow vehicles where on scene removing the oil tanker from a ditch when the above motorists (travelling S/B on 113) drove around the road barricade with emergency equipment and Troopers, subsequently striking the tow cable that was attached to the oil tanker. The Cadillac’s front windshield and windshield frame was damaged by the impact with the cable.
There were no injuries and the vehicle was un-drivable.
Disposition: - Traffic citations issued, negligent driving, fail to obey traffic device

I take that back. You are not fake news. After reading a post further down, the tanker driver had been drinking and he was from New Jersey.
Maybe I was influenced by Jim's dumb statement.
