    1. Did you not listen to the report. The money was donated it was not taxpayer money. Whether good or bad at least someone stepped up to the plate and didn't make taxpayers pay for the experimental project.

  6. They set these up in cities out west and they exponentially underperformed and within a month didn't work at all. We are robbed by politicians everyday to give handouts to their friends for this JUNK!
All the gold this nation once had has been replaced by landfills full of broken worthless Chinese plastic garbage.

  7. WARNING: SARCASM! This makes a lot of sense! I'm sure the good people, who now frequent the inner harbor, will delicately approach these, "wonders of science," with curious caution and respect for its intended purpose, when stepping over and around them. Surely, not a better place could be thought of when installing, not just tax free progressive initiatives, but surely a positive effect on our taxed energy grid, which will be immediately noticed.

  8. As soon as the locals figure out how to steal them and pawn them, the entire project will be trashed.
    O'Malley will blame Trump.
And demand we spend more money on education.
And more funding for teaching white people about how bad they are....
Finally, he steps off a curb and is hit by a bus.
    There's your happy ending.

    Keep cheering.

  9. TESLA is junk science too. No idea why all those companies are ordering hundreds of those electric trucks.

  10. This is TOTALLY what the city of Baltimore should be focusing time and money on! Clearly, they have no other needs.
