BALTIMORE, MD (December 22, 2017) – Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh today released the Maryland Defense Act 2017 Report, outlining actions taken under the authority of the Maryland Defense Act (MDA) over the last year.
Following threats of unlawful actions by the Trump Administration, the Maryland General Assembly passed the MDA in February 2017, authorizing the Office of Attorney General to file suit on behalf of Marylanders when “the federal government’s action or inaction ... threatens the public interest and welfare of the residents of the State …”

I would like to know how much this is costing the citizens of Maryland, and I'd like to make a recommendation, if the lawsuits are not won that the money for said lawsuits should be taken out of his salary and pension.
