Incident: Conspiracy / Malicious Destruction of Property
Date of Incident: 24 November 2017
Location: Wicomico County, MD
Suspects:
1. Monica Wendy Snee, 51, Salisbury, MD
2. Polly Anne Moore, 50, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 24 November 2017, both Monica Snee and her sister Polly Anne Moore were charged regarding their involvement in the destruction of a cellular phone. According to the complainant in this case, her phone’s content was questioned during an interview subsequent to the arrest of Monica Snee in a drug distribution case. 

An investigation revealed that Snee instructed Moore take that phone from the third party and destroy it which she did by slamming it onto pavement.

Moore gave these instructions to her sister during a phone call from the Detention Center. 

Both Snee and Moore were both charged on a Criminal Summons with this incident. 

Charges: Malicious Destruction of Property (Moore only) and Conspiracy (Both Moore and Snee)

  5. IMO WCBoE just needs to flush out from the top and start over. The schools and some employees are absolutely absurd. Came home to hear my child was being bullied by the principal at BMS. Absolutely horrific to tell a child these things. I can appreciate that these young thug wannabe's are difficult but if things are in place in a different manner and not picking and choosing when and who to discipline then it will work a little better.
