A few weeks ago, Wesley Aducat, the owner of the South Jersey Shooting Club in Winslow Township, put up two billboards advertising his business in the area.
The advertisements show the silhouette of a gunman who is kneeling and taking aim with a rifle. The billboards read: 'The only time we take a knee...'
The advertisement is a reference to the NFL players who have been taking a knee during the National Anthem to protest racial inequalities. Many have criticized the players for kneeling, saying it's disrespectful to the troops.
The players themselves have refuted this claim, saying that the protest is of racial injustices and nothing more. Supporters have also called out critics for not respecting the players' First Amendment right to free speech.
In short, the protests are a racially charged issue, so the advertisements - a criticism of the movement - was taken as racist by some.

Somehow I'm thinking that some of the 'troops' might be African American, Hispanic, Asian. Or have all of those 'minorities' somehow been purged? Just how is this sign deemed to be racist???
