I Wonder Why Salisbury Residents Can't Get The Same Satisfaction?
On 11-13-17 around 9:30 am, Deputies from the Somerset County Sheriff office received a complaint of suspected drug dealing out of a white SUV, in the Somers Place Apartment Complex in Princess Anne. Upon the Deputies arrival they made contact with the occupants in the SUV, and were alerted to the odor of burnt marijuana. Deputies conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and recovered marijuana, 22 baggies of suspected heroin, 43 baggies of suspected crack cocaine, and a single baggie of suspected powder cocaine. Deputies later arrested (pictured with attachment) Deshay Domique Cephas of Crisfield, and charged him with 3 counts of possession of CDS, not marijuana, 3 counts of possession of CDS with the intent to deliver CDS, and distribution of CDS within a school zone. Cephas was later held at the Detention Center without bond.
Burnt marijuana is an indicator only because police know that the paraphernalia charge is likely an easy one because there's something needed to smoke it. If you smell barbeque coming from my back yard it doesnt mean that I'm selling it or even have enough for you.
1:42 PM doesnt bother me in the least. its the constant flow of gang banging criminals and hoes being dragged into our neighborhood that tips us off to what is really going on.
Why? Because dumb white kids keep giving them money for the crap? If someone asked you to punch them in the face for $20 and said that they would come back every day for the same offer wouldn't you be stupid not to take it?

However, those individuals who sell the drugs brought into the Country by the intelligence agencies and military are a threat to our society. AS is the military and intelligence agencies.
