Awful lot of citations for some weed?!?!? Taxpayer dollars at work...
ReplyDeleteNo, not taxpayer dollars at work, taxpayer dollars being exchanged to line the pockets of a few. Mercenary’s collecting for the Government know TOBACCO should be the schedule 1 drug as it is more deadly, toxic and addictive.
ReplyDeleteEven the medicinal state run program is a sham. You have to register for treatment. Now what other medication do you have to register with the state to receive? Chemo? Oxy? Morphine? Placidils? Penicillin? Penis enlargement pills? NO. None.
Cops are scum.
Waste of time
ReplyDeleteThat's illegal weed, it cooks your brain like an egg in a frying pan. Unlike it's legal counterpart medical marijuana which has a ton of medical applications as well as putting you in a great mood.
ReplyDeleteThe only difference between these two is that the first is grown by Mexicans and sold by Blacks and the second is grown by companies with government licenses and sold by companies with government licenses and these licenses always seem to land in the hands of politicians friends.
Take a guess which group gets sent to prison.
Lol. Love it
DeleteNo court dates necessary, unless you want to dispute the charge. The penalty is just a fine. No jail time for less than 10 grams. It's a misdemeanor under Maryland law. Pay the fine and go about your life.
ReplyDeleteLegalization in Maryland is coming folks. As soon as the distribution system is up and running for medical marijuana, our legislators will work on the taxation and rules for recreational use. Recreational pot is already available to Maryland residents, if they're willing to take a road trip to nearby states. Just like with gambling, Maryland couldn't stand for letting other nearby states get the revenue from gambling by Maryland residents. So they legalized it in Maryland. Same thing is happening with marijuana.
905- I sure hope so!
ReplyDeleteThose caroline county boys sure have a stiffy for the less than 10g crowd.
