  1. Isn't it interesting how MSP chooses to use the metric system to make the after seem more impressive? 502 grams is 1.1 lbs. Not a small amount, but it seems much larger to many people when you see the larger figure.

  4. What does "raw" marijuana smell like? Different than cooked marijuana?

  5. it smells different than burned marijuana and metric is used because that is the accepted measurement system used by the labs that do the testing.

  6. Metrics is used because it is what the courts recognize as well as the metric system is more accurate. Has nothing to do with "show and tell".

  7. They go by "Grams"now.. To sensationalize it, make it look like a big bust. The Fact is that's only about a pound of pot. Anyone from the 60's and 70's knows....that is not much to toot your horn about, catching someone with a pound of pot. In the 70's rarely a day went by, when you could not go to a person around town that had at least at pound or more in their home or car.
Maybe in the 70's a pound of PCP would be a big deal.......

  8. Good job. We need to stop this plague from spreading. There are so many people dying from overdoses, stealing from family, friends and strangers to support their habits. Oh, wait, this is pot/weed/ganja. Never mind. Stop wasting time with this and get the heroin/fentanyl dealers.

  9. 554 grams = a pound; 28 grams = an ounce; 16 ounces = a pound. Of course that includes the stems and seeds that you don't need.
