The DACA program gave nearly 800,000 young people who were brought into the country illegally as children a reprieve from deportation and the ability to work legally in the U.S. in the form of two-year, renewable work permits. Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced on Tuesday that the program was “an unconstitutional exercise of authority” and “is being rescinded.”
Students have been calling Montgomery College’s administrative offices, asking what they should do. President DeRionne Pollard said the college will continue to find ways to support those students as the plan to dismantle DACA moves forward.
Pollard said the college has 300 students who are in the DACA program, and another 250 students who have temporary protected status. After hearing the announcement by the Trump Administration on its plans for DACA, she said, “We’ve been left with more questions than answers.”

This is an example of why I support Pres Trump on this illegal DACA program, sealing the borders, and deporting illegals. I could not send my 2 children to college because of the expense but my tax dollars are supporting them and sending them to college. I live from pay check to pay check and yet these illegals and their families / extended families are living off my tax dollar getting free medical, housing, food, money to spend and free college. All you pansy ass liberals tell me where I am wrong. Then send me some of your money since you will be disagreeing with me and believe in your "MASTER" spread the wealth Obama.

DeleteWhat's UMES Presidents Status ???
ReplyDeleteHe's busy riding around in the $104,000 limo we paid for I'm sure he'll get back to us
DeleteHis Immigration status ?
DeleteLike I said I'm sure he will be in touch busy waisting tax dollars at the moment. I'm sure he was born in Hawaii also
DeleteObama said himself that DACA was temporary but democrats because they are all lying filth will never bring up this fact.
ReplyDeleteI could not have said it any better than blogger #1.
ReplyDeleteI would like to know if any of these illegals who were brought here as infants and now are college age have even attempted to apply for legal citizenship and if not why. All you hear from the msm is how it will destroy their lives. Aside from Canada we are the only country that allows birthright citizenship. Anyone else needs to follow the law and apply for legal status. And they should have to pay for it. Congress needs to get off their fat behinds and come up with some comprehensive immigration reform. This issue should not be at the mercy of a Presidential mandate.
ReplyDelete3:55 Perfect response.
ReplyDeleteColleges are only liberal indoctrinated insttutions now. You don't go to learn a profession any more. I will not send my kids.
ReplyDelete3:55 SMACK THAT LIBERAL ACE!!!!
ReplyDeleteAMERICANS can't afford to send their kids to college. But, our leaders (their words, not mine), LOVE to tax us so our leaders can send kids from other countries to colleges.
The ONLY "questions" that remain all come down to this ---
How in the hell did we get to the point that people who are ILLEGALLY here get to DEMAND driver's licenses, houses, translation services (!!), and free - FREE! education? And we act like they are SUPPOSED to get this, just because they could swim a river or jump a fence?
And when they don't get it all, they assemble to violently protest our lack of concern for them and our police don't gun them down?
YOU try that in Mexico. Or Guatemala. Or Panama. Or Canada.
Or Saudi Arabia. Or Qatar. Or China.
Just spin a globe and throw a dart.
You won't find another country on earth that lets illegal criminals do any of that.
Okay, I'll give you England.
Your leaders. Its not late to start hanging them. With piano wire....
