A Viewer Writes: Salisbury Downtown Meters

Did you know you must pay .50 in the Meters downtown. What a joke. They will get your money anyway they can.

    Did you also know that the City operated parking meters in the parking lot located behind the Government Office Building are on County property? I wonder if the County receives any proceeds from said meters.

    i never go downtown to much BS to deal with don't see anything worth my time to go. there's more to do and go outside the city limits i have yet to see the city do anything to entice people to come but i have seen alot of why not to go downtown.

    Did you know, your taxes pay for them to remove snow, but they instead won't do it and will fine you if you don't do it?????

    Did you know if you park in the garage and take your parking ticket to the library, they will stamp it and you get 3 hours of free parking in the garage. Rates there went up to $1 an hour in July.

    6:50 PM, Jake Day is alot like Obama, he does what he wants to do, when he wants to do it, and you either like it or not, does not really matter to him.
