  2. Don't be too critical, it's not finished yet. Wait for the chain-link fence to be installed.

  3. Just a sign and no landscaping...

  5. Can't get cited for grass that don't grow. If I ever got a ticket for tall grass, my entire yard would get covered in RoundUp.

  6. I see these signs in yards here and there across town. Even on finished jobs, the yard is sub par at best..

  7. Looks good! This is better than 2 foot tall grass that is in some of the yards here in Slumsbury.

  8. Coming soon to a front yard!

  9. If it were my business I wouldn't put the sign up until the work was done.

  10. If you think this is bad you don't know bad. I would love neighbors like these we have weeds on Presidents Neighborhood that are now 20-30' trees. We have front yards, side yards that have gotten mowed for the 2nd time this year! Their are abandoned vehicles with expired or no tags. Front yards that are parking lots. If you see a house with an 8' back yard fence they are hiding 10-12 cars and a small house think over occupied? Houses that were ordered and written up so long ago the notices are crumbled and gone for the houses to be power washed so they were no longer grass green and mold. Welcome to the ghetto.

  11. Oh my, if you want to see some really poor landscaping go to Wood Creek in Delmar. The Hoa just sent them all a letter telling them they are out of money and if they want their lawns cut it will cost them. Joe now there is a story there.

  12. They cut good old Rodney long rentals with college kids who like to stand on the roof and piss off of it when they drink

  14. Rodney Long, who rents too out of control college students, and tenants, uses this Person to cut his properties. So expect the worst..
If you see one of these signs in a yard, it's a Rodney long original.

  15. Called the office of Rodney long a couple of weeks ago about the college kids here in fruitland, just moved in running around drunk pulling there pants down, response was will send them a letter guess it didn't work

  16. For the kind of money he gets for his rentals he should pay better attention to this.

  17. Tyler is Rodney longs son

  18. What a shame....someone must have stolen his sign and put it on this crappy yard.

  19. It's a shame that our mayor, Jake Day, made him pull up the nice white stone claiming that some of the houses were in the historic district.

  20. Rodney Long sold out property owners in Somerset County too with the solar project parcels that are harming Westover. Take a ride to the Arden Station neighborhood and survey the damage yourself.

  21. Is this the before, or after, picture?
