We do have a significant number of people from Haiti. After the Clintons happily screwed them out of the disaster aid they were supposed to get and Obama opened the borders, many more showed up at our doorstep.
When my sons were there, they had to eat outside because it was just too overcrowded. Sometimes they would skip lunch because then, they would have to used the bathroom and it was difficult to use it in between classes or get a hall pass. If I had had the money, I would have paid for a private school for both of them. So glad they are out. To them and to me, it wasn't a school, but a prison with daily fights and overcrowded classrooms and hallways. A lot of bullying, especially in the gym class. They would steal your shoes if you didn't padlock your locker. One day son had to ride home in his socks. I'm sure most of these thugs are in prison now.
More waste at the taxpayers' expense. Ridiculous. Add more lunch shifts and quit looking at taxpayers to foot bills for things like cafeteria expansions when you just got a new school. This is tax abuse in the worse way. This request should be flatly denied and they should use ingenuity to solve their own space problem. By adding two extra lunch shifts they would cut down how many kids are in the cafeteria at one time substantially. WCBOE use your damn brains for something other than a hat rack and quit trying to fleece taxpayers!
They knew the day they broke ground on this school it was to small for the existing students, let alone more students. The antiquated way they determine the sq footage to be needs to be reviewed. Until then, make due to move some students to other schools.
WTF?
ReplyDeleteWhat's new? The Government already pays to advertise food stamps on the side of Ocean City buses.
