The Boy Mayor and Chief of Police really want you to believe crime is down in Salisbury Maryland but their own statistics prove different. What's it going to take to get people, (especially women) to demand the TRUTH? When are people going to start calling the other local news outlets and ask them WHY they refuse to publish the TRUTH. Yet they run commercials saying you can TRUST them.
The area has bee overrun by illegals, whose culture ignores such offenses. The number of knife incidents is also much higher now. Frequently their weapon of choice.
Coincidence? Of course not.

Innocent until proven guilty? I know of two rape charges in 2017 where charges have been dropped because the accuser dropped the charges against the accusee. They kissed and made up.

I'm surprised our female police chief hasn't come down really hard on men who attack women and charged them with everything in the book.
