Ran for re-election and beat Joe Albero.
Then ran for city council because the person he recruited to run against and beat Debbie Cambpell decide he was going to run for mayor. Lying Jim barely won his seat.
The same night he barely won election to the city council he tells the news that he was going to run for Congress. Then he got spanked by another Democrat who never even campaigned. Shows you what the Democrats think of him.
Now he wants to be the Clerk of Courts for Wicomico County??
So how many times is he going to run for something in the same year?? How many times is he going to run for office, period? This reminds me of that Loser Libertarian Manure Boata and how many times he ran for office.
What happened to his job as a school teacher? Doesn't he want to teach children anymore? I thought teaching was this libtards passion?
If anyone votes for this stupid clown they are a stupid idiot. He just wants the money because it's better pay than being a baby sitter for the Board of Education.

I can think of several people who would be good candidates and he definitely isn't on the list. Connie Dyrott comes to mind...brilliant, kind and genuine with an understanding of and respect for the law.

Well we don't want to see these types so file and forget it. Just like the mention of of the other council turd that moved. I had done fine without hearing that name again 8:29. Reference Mrs. Strott, I'm saying this with no disrespect at all, why would a lady with her tenure want to add more on the plate?

The Clerk's office is an administrative one, and in my occasional visits it has been well-run, quiet, professional and helpful. None of those adjectives or attributes can honestly be associated with Jimbeau.
We need qualified candidates, and his track record shows it most definitely isn't him.

Then I notice Julia Glanz and Jake Day were whispering, giggleing and talking the whole time.

That was a very disorderly meeting put on by the city council.
