ReplyDeleteAwesome!!! If every parent raised kids like that, we wouldn't have snowflakes doing sit outs on college campuses because they don't get their way.
ReplyDeleteThis should play during the super bowl or World Series...or better yet, the NBA finals as a public service announcement.
I did the same with my kids and they never had temper tantrums. Parents need to learn that they are parents first and friends second. Your job as a parent is to teach your kids to function on their own when you're not there.
Kids need a Dad!
ReplyDeleteParenting is work...hard work. But this man will raise a child that will be far more logical and intelligent that a child that is whipped.
ReplyDeleteI have heard locals say...."I was beat as a child and I turned out OK."
I want better than OK for my children and it seems that this young father does to.
