Does anyone notice the mess being created by the condensation dripping off of the copper tubing? The risk of electrocution or shorting out the fan is not worth it.
Someone once said hang a damp sheet up in front of a fan near your bed or chair. Have the fan blowing through or past the sheet owed you. Or use a open window instead of a fan.
Cool idea. Of course it would be cheaper over time to buy a real window room AC.
