Baltimore To Be Shut Out Of Army-Navy Game Through 2022

The Army-Navy football game will be played in Philadelphia four times from 2018-2022, returning to its most frequent host city and, for now, leaving Baltimore behind.

The academies held a news conference Tuesday at Philadelphia's City Hall to announce the site of the 2018, '19, '20 and '22 Army-Navy games. The Cadets and Midshipmen will play at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles.

"The legacy of the City of Brotherly Love and the home of Army-Navy continues to be the benchmark for hosting America's game," Naval Academy athletic director Chet Gladchuk said in a statement. "This tradition in Philly is so well received and embraced by the city and community that it remains a highlight of the season for the teams, alumni, and fans."

    Nice job Baltimorons! Can't keep your city calm and lose very easy revenue/publicity to Flithy Philadelphia!

    Shame on all officials responsible. Even the legislature in Annapolis - HOME to NAVY!!!
